What this page collects

When you request the Field Guide or book a Pressure Debrief Call, this site collects the information you provide directly in the form — typically your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number, or a short description of a pressure moment you'd like to discuss. If you complete the pressure-default diagnostic, your result (e.g. "Freezer", "Fixer", "Firefighter", "Container") is stored alongside your contact details so the follow-up email can be relevant to your result.

For security purposes, the site also records the IP address associated with a form submission, used solely to detect and prevent abuse.

How it's used

Your information is used only to:

• Send you the Field Guide PDF and any related follow-up you've requested;
• Respond to your Pressure Debrief Call request and arrange a time;
• Send occasional leadership insights from Annastacia Wainaina, but only if you explicitly opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email;
• Maintain the security and integrity of this site.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party processing

Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-verification service, before being processed. Email delivery is handled through Google's Gmail infrastructure. Both providers process the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Your rights

Consistent with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held by this site at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email annastacia@annastaciawainaina.com and the request will be actioned promptly.

Data retention

Contact information is retained only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
